Position Overview
We are hiring for a new Advanced Services Manager in Houston, TX! This position will be focused on downstream specific growth partnering with our service line leaders. The ideal candidate will have extensive downstream technical experience specifically with PAUT applications. API and GUL certifications preferred. This is a variable position so weekly hours will not be guaranteed currently.
The main duties include:
- Oversee all aspects of operations for Advanced Services, specifically PAUT and GUL, in the central downstream market.
- Develop and implement business development strategies to expand the Aegeus Inspections central downstream market presence and drive substantial growth.
- Formulate the annual business plan; budget and monitor adherence to the plan and initiative corrective actions as required.
- Develop, maintain, and foster relationships with existing and new clients to support and growth business development for advanced services specifically in the central region downstream market.
- Provide technical expertise, direction and guidance to clients and employees for applications in advanced NDT methods.

Education and Work Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent required
10+ years of NDT experience to be able to understand and articulate applicable Advanced NDT techniques to be used for customer solutions.
8+ years of experience in an industrial, petrochemical, refining, or downstream advanced NDT and inspection markets are required.
Successful candidates must have a proven record of accomplishment, showing business impact and creative thinking as well as established customer and employee relationships in the downstream Texas NDT market.
Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
Certificates and Licenses Required
- Ability to be certified or currently have an existing 3rd party Level II certification in UT, MT, and PAUT.
- Level III PAUT preferred.
- GUL certifications preferred.
- API QUPA, 570, 653, and 510 certifications preferred.
- Valid driver’s license
