Job Description

• Our Biologics Innovation Excelleration facility , at Dunboyne, is a premier, state-of-the-art facility that enables and advances our best work. By integrating leading-edge technology with a dynamic, activity-based workspace, the facility will support seamless connection and collaboration within and across teams and functions.  We will provide Biologics Drug Substance manufacturing for Clinical Supply, Registration & Commercial Launch.     
• The Microbiology AR&D Lab Operations group works closely with other departments and as part of this role will test the graded area’s in the manufacturing area, utilities ( such as steam and water for injection), and drug substance.
• To support laboratory organisation
• Maintaining and release of laboratory stock, ordering laboratory consumables where required.
• Ensure laboratory housekeeping standards are maintained, to take part in identifying continuous improvement opportunities in laboratory processes.
• Active participation in functional meetings, facilitation of cross-functional meetings where required.
• Support site safety culture
• Perform supporting activities for general lab operations, EM, Facility testing
• Introduction by team to develop knowledge of GMP, familiarity with USP, EP, JP requirements
• To learn troubleshooting and problem-solving skills as an individual contributor
• Build GMP skills to enable a greater understanding of the biopharmaceutical industry, learn to promote team success through own actions and by demonstrating respect and appreciation for diverse populations
