You’ll feel supported by colleagues from across our business and start to develop your professional network.About the divisionYou will be joining Deutsche Bank Management Consulting (DBMC), the Bank’s in-house management consulting global function across 3 locations (London, Frankfurt, Mumbai) that partners with senior executives across the bank to deliver impact. Our project portfolio covers a wide range of strategic and transformation topics, which can range from supporting the Bank’s transformation agenda, to driving innovation and growth, to other pressing issues across all areas of the Bank. About the role:Our graduate analysts learn about our role through the job experience. You will gain a significant understanding of the work we do and our team culture and will develop your consulting and communication skillsets through DBMC engagements with top priorities across the bank. You can expect challenging and varying tasks - from day one. As part of the intern programme, you will rotate into new consulting project teams and get to know business divisions across the bank.You’ll also be exposed to a fast-paced, and agile culture giving you the opportunity to meet and engage with leaders across the organisation.What we look for:We recruit students and graduates who are intelligent and adaptable with excellent communication skills. They have degrees in many different disciplines. Even though good levels of numeracy are important for some roles, you won’t necessarily need a formal mathematical or financial background. Our comprehensive training programmes will give you all the technical knowledge you’ll need to build a career with us.To be eligible for the 2026 Internship Programme you must: Complete your studies (all final exams, coursework and have no outstanding requirements for graduation) between 1st August 2026 and 31st July 2027. Return to full-time study after the 2026 internship. If you do not return to full-time study you will not be eligible for the 2027 Graduate Programme. Be able to start full time work in July 2027, subject to local working legislation and visa requirements. You should also be on track for a 2:1 or First (or equivalent) in your undergraduate degree. Possess no more than 12 months full-time, relevant work experience. For some placements within Fixed Income, in addition to English, fluency in a European language is desirable.
