Weyerhaeuser interns perform real work that makes a difference in our business. We offer mentoring, hands-on work experience, and growth and development opportunities. Internships are approximately 3 months, depending on your schedule and company needs. You will work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Intern roles and responsibilities may include but are not limited to\:

• Project planning and development (defining project scope, data analysis, communicating the results and report writing)
• Work with team managers to improve operational performance
• Deliver final project presentation to leadership
• Other duties/projects as assigned

• Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Business

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be currently enrolled in, or have graduated from, a bachelor's degree program at an accredited college or university
• Be able and willing to work a flexible schedule (most sites operate 24/7) 
• Successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and physical
• Be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship

Compensation\: We are targeting a pay range of $20.00 - $29.50 per hour based on class standing and major. 

This position is designated by WY as a safety-sensitive position. Please be advised that due to the designation of this position as safety-sensitive, you will be subject to pre-employment testing for cannabis and its metabolites.
