This role will interact with the oneRTX│PST (Process & Systems Transformation) Organizational Change Management (OCM) team while also working directly as a part of the Collins' PST team, and Collins' strategic business units. This role will create and execute strategies for stakeholder engagement, communication, and training by implementing change management and marketing content for employee consumption. They will partner with functional and technical teams to ensure a successful adoption strategy of new systems, technologies and business processes, aligning with overall project goals. This is a remote role.
What You Will Do:
- You will be responsible for the identification, development and execution of internal marketing strategies and campaigns.
- You will manage digital communications, including video marketing, and the production and dissemination of technical publications.
- You will consult with workstream leads and their teams to understand change management, and communication needs.
- You will design and develop an executive and leadership video strategy & 1-2 videos for transmission at Collins.
- You will create the PST Ambassador program.
- You will assist in build out and support of the Collins “Lead the Way” initiative to setup support and training for middle management.

- You will learn about the oneRTX Process & Systems Transformation team, working across oneRTX business units and workstreams.
- You will learn about Digital Transformation activities, and have opportunities for networking and mentoring.
- You will gain organization and execution skills to develop and complete 2-3 projects.
- You will learn best practices in regards to executive communication skills.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor’s or advanced degree in an applicable discipline.

Qualifications We Prefer:
- Demonstrates good communication skills.
- Works well independently.
- Graphic Design, communication, marketing or change management experience.

The salary range for this role is 37,000 USD - 82,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays.
