The Role

ThePeople & CultureIntern will gain experiencein shapingthe employeeexperience across the organizationYou will support ourculture of innovationby coordinating impactful programsand initiatives that foster engagementand boost morale. The intern will have high visibility acrossArityand will work cross-functionallyon projects to solve problemsour team is facing andhelp bring Arity’scultureto life

WhatYou’llLearn:

  • HR-related topics including talent management, onboarding, and recruiting

  • Exposure to employeeexperiencestrategiesthat supportbuildingArity’scommunity 

  • Project and program management

  • Corporate communication strategies like presentations, meetingfacilitationand written communication

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for helping to create and advocate for anengaging andinnovative culture byassistingin coordinating projects and program execution

  • Helpfacilitateour onboarding program; partner with business units to build a foundational business knowledge for new employees

  • Promote employeerecognition,throughcompany-wide standups andour innovative peer-to-peerrecognition platform

  • Support wellbeing and team building events for the organization

  • Lead quarterly Giving Back fundraiser in partnership with the culture teamand intern cohortto supporta cause our employees care about

  • Assist Arity employees and leaders on effectively navigating employee issues or common activities, such as hiring, performance management, offboarding, etc. 

  • Contribute to employee communication strategies, key messaging, stakeholderidentificationand work with teammembers throughout Arity to help ensure effective information flow is taking place

  • Participate in the design and execution of Arity’s talent management processes/phases (e.g., recruitment, performance management, succession management, career development,etc.)

PreferredQualifications:

Education and Experience

  • PursuingBachelor’s degreeinBusiness Administration, HR, Communications,OperationalExcellence, Organizational Development or Psychologyor related field

  • Risingjunior orsenior preferred (graduating 2026or 2027)

Functional Skills

  • Familiarity withHR/people &culture concepts 

  • Analytical skills to compile information requiring combinations of data from multiple sources, the ability to work with numbers and formulas

  • Workingknowledge oftheMicrosoft Office Suite

  • Solid work ethic, including ability to follow-up, focus on details, and take initiative

  • Intellectual curiosity and drive for continuous improvement, both personally and with work assignments

  • Positive and mature attitude when faced with adversity 

  • Able to handle sensitivetopicsand confidential information with care

  • Demonstrates strong collaboration skills by effectively partnering withothersandbuildingstrongrelationshipsthatcontributeto a positive, inclusive team environment

  • Works effectively across boundaries to promote two-way communication and has intermediate communication skills - written & verbal 

  • Effective time management and organization skills with a proven ability tomanage multiple workstreams at one time

Compensation offered for this role is between $20 and $42 an hour and is based on experience and qualifications.
