Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Paid Media Manager to implement, optimize, and track the results of all digital media campaigns across in-house platforms and alongside partner vendors
  • Leverage data and insights to drive informed, cohesive paid media campaigns and strategies
  • Continuously analyze paid channel performance and provide actionable insights on the effectiveness of various social strategies for different channels
  • Work with the Marketing Performance team to create reports and produce actionable recommendations for campaign optimizations
  • Provide expert guidance on best practices for paid social, search, and programmatic media within Wipfli
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to ensure holistic social media presence falls within brand standards; assist Social Media Manager with implementation on an ad hoc basis
  • Research competitors, new trends, and new topics
  • Interact with and influence marketing leaders, engagement teams, and other business partners to ensure social strategy alignment and execution

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
  • 1-3 years of B2B digital marketing experience OR 3-5 years of digital marketing agency experience; preferred candidates will have both experiences
  • Expert at implementing, optimizing, and reporting upon social media tools and platforms including LinkedIn, Meta, and YouTube
  • Proficient in Google Analytics
  • Proficient in implementing, optimizing, and reporting upon paid search; Google experience is required, Bing experience is preferred
  • Experience implementing, optimizing, and reporting in programmatic media (Display) is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint
  • Strong relationship-building skills, communication skills, and experience collaborating cross-functionally
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to change

Wipfli values fair, transparent, and competitive compensation, considering each candidate's unique skills and experiences. The estimated base pay range for this role is $66,000-89,000 / year, with offers typically not made at the maximum, allowing for future salary increases. The actual salary at the time of offer depends on business related factors like location, skills, experience, training/education, licensure, certifications, business needs, current associate pay, and relevant employment laws. 

Individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus, subject to participation rules and based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual and Firm performance.
