Job Description
We are looking for a digital graphic design co-op to join our creative team. As a team, we value continuous growth and learning, a team-first mentality, focus & discipline, and a positive attitude. As a design co-op, you will work alongside our team members and build real-world experience in the marketing sector of an international corporation. You will have the opportunity to plan, coordinate and execute a variety of tasks in the areas of product marketing, brand identity and brand strategy. These tasks will include: designing web and social media graphics, animated gifs, infographics, presentations, brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials as needed. You will receive guidance and feedback along the way and also have opportunities to contribute during creative brainstorming sessions.
Your work may include:
- Offering input to creative meetings and sharing ideas.
- Producing attractive and effective designs for all media.
- Creating digital assets to improve data visualization through graphs, imagery and infographics–the ability to create animated graphics is a plus.
- Performing graphic duties, including designing/editing existing literature and branding collateral.
- Liaising effectively with clients and other team members.
- Communicating with senior team members to receive feedback.
- Supporting the team throughout the execution of campaigns and projects.
Qualifications
Must be enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program during the Spring 2026 semester
Degree concentration in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or related field
Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Microsoft Office
Motivation to maintain and improve design and brand standards
Comfortable in presenting your work and articulating the ideas behind it
Ability to see projects through from inception to production
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently but also quick to ask for help if needed
Ability to coordinate multiple deadline-driven tasks
Strong organizational skills that support the rest of the team.

The Candidate
To be eligible for a co-op at Sun Life, you must meet the following requirements:
Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university during the time of internship (January 2026 – June 2026)
Must be an undergraduate or graduate student with a Degree concentration in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design or related field
Eligible to legally work in the United States
Ability to work full-time during co-op session
Compensation for this role will be $20/hr.
