By using Internlist.org (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Site.

• We curate and post internship/job listings, many of which redirect to third-party sites (e.g., Simplify Jobs).
• We are affiliated with and endorsed by Simplify Jobs Inc., and some features (like email updates) may involve Simplify.
• We do not guarantee listings are accurate, current, or available.

3. Acceptable Use

You may use the Site only for personal, lawful purposes. Misuse (e.g., scraping, automated access, interference) is prohibited.

4. Intellectual Property

Our branding, design, and curated content belong to us. Original job postings remain owned by their respective publishers.

5. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.” We disclaim all warranties and are not responsible for:

• Job outcomes or applications,
• Accuracy or availability of third-party sites, or
• Any damages resulting from use of the Site or external links.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by California law. Any disputes must be handled in San Francisco, California.
